Bumper’s first ever public service announcement for all the hot dogs and cool cats in L.A.
Spay Day LA is Los Angeles first city wide day of action to provide free service for the spaying and neutering of cats, dogs and ferals. During Spay Day LA, Public and Private organizations have joined forces to provide FREE spay and neuter services throughout the great city of Los Angeles. Spaying and neutering is an essential component of good pet health care as well as an effective and humane means of decreasing the euthanasia rate of homeless animals in shelters.
We’re very proud of Mary Chatman, our Los Angeles dog rescue coordinator.
Many Los Angeles dogs are alive today thanks to Mary. She possesses all the necessary ingredients of a great rescuerer: love, devotion, and a seemingly endless reserve of energy and ehtnusiasm.
We salute Mary for her years of service to the dog rescue community and want to share our love for her with the world.
Bailey, our first, and youngest volunteer, speaks about her love for all dogs, especially ARNOLD, a one eyed-dog she adopted. Bailey named him Arnold because hin her words, “He tries to act tough… Although Arnold tries to be quiet, he jumps on bed and wakes you up.”
Ingrid Hurel sets the record straight on PitBull adoption myths.
Some dogs are deemed unadoptable; like Pitbulls, Boxers and Shephards. The Bumper Foundation finds homes for all dog. We believe that every dog deserve a “Forever Home”.
“I come from a country where we don’t kill animals in the shelter”.
